学术英语论文写作的过程、挑战与应对策略  

Processes,Challenges and Coping Strategies of Academic English Writings by Graduate EFL Learners

摘　　要：本研究通过问卷调查和访谈探究了21名研究生的学术英语论文写作过程,及其对影响学术英语论文写作因素的看法、写作过程中遇到的挑战和应对策略。结果如下:1)他们的写作过程基本一致,包括查看文献、确定研究突破点、设计研究、实施实验并获得数据、分析数据并展示结果、阐述结果和总结以结束全文、反复修改直至交稿;2)他们认为很多因素对于学术英语论文写作都很重要,其中最重要的是逻辑、好的想法、整体结构、与主题内容的相关性、对任务的处理等,影响自己英文学术论文写作的重要因素有母语习惯、文化思维、缺乏写作训练、词汇和句式等;3)他们在学术英语论文写作的过程中遇到了多种困难和挑战,篇章层面上的困难有论文的引言、文献综述、讨论、结论等;微观层面上的困难有英语基础太差、表达不够精确、篇章逻辑等。为应对这些困难,他们采取了诸如多读文献、模仿已发表的论文等策略,并希望能得到教师的帮助。Via questionnaires and interviews,the present study examined the processes of academic English writings by 21 graduate EFL learners,challenges they encountered during the process,and the strategies they employed to handle the challenges,with their perceptions towards the factors affecting their writing of academic English papers. The results are: 1) their writing processes consisted of four parts,namely doing literature review and finding the research gap,designing the research and collecting the data,presenting and discussing the results,writing the conclusion,and repeatedly revising the whole manuscript; 2) the students believed many factors were important to writing academic English papers; and 3) they encountered various challenges when writing academic English papers and adopted various coping strategies during the process.
