摘　　要：文中以母合理论为依据,以建立动态的母合优势为方法,通过梳理企业资源,弥补企业"短板",进而打造长效发展机制,帮助中小企业找到解决根本问题的方法。提出了开展评估,审视母合优势;放开视野,管理母合优势;创新文化,推进母合优势。Based on the theory of parenting advantage,this paper puts forward a solving method which boosts the transformation and upgrading by allocating business resources,amending the＂short board＂and making a longterm development system.It also proposes carrying out the assessment,reviewing the parenting advantage,opening the vision,managing the parenting advantage,innovating the culture and pushing the parenting advantage.
