摘　　要：职业素养是专业技能和道德操守的总和,也是职业人在工作时必须遵守的内在行为规范。文章阐述了高技能人才职业素养评价的意义,分析了评价的多元化、职业化以及可操作性的原则,并构建了多维高技能人才职业素养的评价指标体系。As a code of conduct, professional accomplishment is comprehensively represented in professional skills and moral, and which people should abide by in specific work. After stating the significance of assessment for the high-skilled talents＇ professional accomplishment, the paper specifically analyzes the diversified, profes- sional and operative principles of assessment, and then it discusses the multidimensional assessment index system for high-skilled talents＇ professional accomplishment.
