脑钠肽在心血管及呼吸系统患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨临床中脑钠肽(BNP)在心血管及呼吸系统疾病患者中的临床应用价值。方法选取昌江黎族自治县中西医结合医院2010年1月至2011年12月60例心血管及呼吸系统疾病患者为研究组,并选取同期60例健康对象为对照组,对两组BNP含量进行测定。结果通过对两组数据比较,研究组BNP含量为(883.3±261.2)pg/mL,对照组BNP含量为(55.7±16.1)pg/mL,研究组BNP含量明显高于对照组BNP含量,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心功能Ⅰ级患者BNP含量为(241.7±181.5)pg/mL,心功能Ⅱ级患者BNP含量为(781.3±231.4)pg/mL,心功能Ⅲ级患者BNP含量为(1 012.4±353.8)pg/mL,心功能Ⅳ级患者BNP含量为(1 512.8±565.8)pg/mL,心功能分级越高BNP含量就越高,并且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床中心血管及呼吸系统疾病患者血浆中BNP含量明显升高,可以作为临床中诊断该病的重要指标,并且其操作比较简单,临床中特异性和灵敏度也比较高,在临床中具有重要的应用价值。Objective To investigate the clinical application of brain natriuretic peptide（BNP）in patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases.Methods A total of 60patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases were enrolled as study group during January 2010and December 2011,and 60healthy subjects were also enrolled as control group.BNP levels were detected and compared between the two groups.Results BNP level in study group was（883.3±261.2）pg/mL,hither than the（55.7±16.1）pg/mL（P〈0.05）.BNP levels in patient with NYHAⅠ-Ⅳgrade were（241.7±181.5）,（781.3±231.4）,（1 012.4±353.8）and（1 512.8±565.8）pg/mL,and BNP levels increased with the increasing of NYHA grade（P〈0.05）.Conclusion BNP level in patients with patients with cardiovascular and respiratory diseases might be high,which could be used as an important indicator the diagnosis of diseases,with fine sensitivity and specificity.
