中医体质辨识在冬令膏方中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨体质辨识在冬令膏方中的重要性,文章以中医九种体质辨识技术指导冬令膏方的组方。以气虚质、阳虚质的体质辨识为例,冬令辨体调理膏方来调理气虚质、阳虚质病人,效果很好。中医体质辨识作为健康状态的识别工具,是冬令膏方组方的重要依据,对膏方的临床应用起到相对规范的作用,为初学开膏方的医师提供了方法,从而提高膏方的临床效果,优势明显。Objective： To discuss the importance of constitution of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） identii cation on winter cream formulae. Methods： The nine constitutions of TCM identii cation were used for guiding the composition of winter cream formulae. Results： With the constitution of TCM identii cation on the qi-asthenia constitution and yang-deficiency constitution as an example, the winter cream formulae based on the constitution of TCM identii cation had a good effect on adjusting the patients with qi-asthenia constitution and yang-deficiency constitution. Conclusion： As one of TCM dif erentiation methods, the constitution of TCM identii cation could provide an important basis for the composition of winter cream formulae and play an important role in the standardization of the clinical application of the winter cream formulae. The constitution of TCM identii cation could provide the effective method for beginners to prescribe the cream formulae, which would improve the clinical effect of the cream formula.
