摘　　要：目的探讨B7-H4在胃癌组织中表达及与患者临床病理特征、预后的相关性和可能的临床意义。方法应用反转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)技术及免疫组织化学染色检测B7-H4在胃癌组织中的表达,统计分析B7-H4表达与临床病理参数的关系。结果 B7-H4在胃癌中高表达(71/100),其表达强度与浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期相关。生存期≤5年的患者B7-H4阳性表达率高于生存期>5年的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),此外,B7-H4阳性患者的预后较B7-H4阴性患者差,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 B7-H4蛋白表达与胃癌患者预后密切相关,可能成为胃癌的一个肿瘤标志物。Objective To study the expression of B7-H4 in gastric carcinoma tissues and investigate the relationship between the expression of B7-H4 and the clinic-pathological features and the prognosis. Methods The expression of B7-H4 mRNA and B7-H4 protein were detected by RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry in gastric carcinoma tissues, the relationship between the expression of B7-H4 and the clinic-pathological features were analysed. Results The expression of B7-H4 mRNA was in both gastric carcinoma tissues and nearly normal tissues, but the expression of B7-H4 in gastric carcinoma tissues was higher than in nearly normal tissues; High expression of B7-H4 in gastric carcinoma tissues, the positive rate of B7-H4 was 71%, the expression of B7-H4 protein was positively correlated to the invasion depth, lymph node metastasis and pathological staging, the positive expression rate of B7-H4 of the patient with less than 5-year-life was obviously higher that that of the positive with more than 5-year-life, the difference had statistic significance（P0.05）. Conclusion The expression of B7-H4 protein may be closely related to metastasis and prognosis, and B7-H4 also may be a vital marker in gastric carcinoma tissues.
