摘　　要：肝衰竭因病情重、预后差而威胁广大患者的生命,非生物型人工肝已成为研究热点,在国内外被广泛用于肝衰竭的治疗。本综述重点介绍七种非生物型人工肝的机制及临床应用,并且提出不同方案联合应用治疗肝衰竭的必要性和可行性,对其发展前景进行探讨。Liver failure is a life threatening disease because of its severe illness and poor prognosis. The non-bioartificial liver support systems which are now widely used have become a hot spot in the research. This review focused on the mechanism and clinical application of seven kinds of non-bioartificial liver support systems as well as the feasibility and necessity of their combination therapy for liver failure, and discussed its developing future in usage.
