摘  要:提出了一种基于加权网络模型的电力电子电路可靠性分析方法,并以UC3842单端反激电路为例进行了说明。首先以元件失效率为权值建立电路的加权网络模型,然后计算该电路加权网络模型的特征参数,验证该电路的复杂网络特性,最后通过量化不同元件失效率变化时对电路可靠性的影响,确定电路中的关键元件,以提出有利于提高电力电子电路可靠性的措施。A reliability analysis method for power electronic circuits based on the weighted network model was presented in this paper, and a Flyback converter base on UC3842 was illustrated as an example. At first, the weighted network model of the Flyback converter was built base on the component failure rate, then the complex network characteristic was confirmed by calculating the model parameters. Finally, the key components in the circuit were defined by quantifying the influence of each component under different failure rate, and the method which is useful to improve the reliability of power electronic circuit was proposed.
