摘　　要：在分析地方高职院校科研团队特点、明晰加强科研团队建设的意义、审视目前建设现状的基础上,指出当前地方高职院校科研团队建设在高水平科研团队带头人、持续而稳定的研究方向、科研经费投入、对科研团队文化理念的培养、科研团队利益分配等方面存在的不足,并逐一提出具体的建议措施。On basis of the analysis of characteristics of the research teams in local higher vocational colleges,the significance of strengthening the construction of scientific research teams,and the current situation of the construction,this thesis points out the following problems in the construction of scientific research teams in local higher vocational colleges： lack of high level scientific research team leaders and continuous and stable research direction;insufficiency of research funds investment; less attention to training the cultural awareness of a scientific research team; unreasonable distribution of interests in the scientific research team. In terms of these problems,this thesis puts forward proposals and countermeasures.
