摘  要:目的观测推拿对DOMS大鼠模型血清PGE2的影响。方法将120只6周雄性SD大鼠按照随机原则分为运动对照组(A)、运动前推拿组(B)、运动后推拿组(C),各组10只;实验中共计脱落4例,完成实验大鼠共计116只。大鼠均进行力竭游泳训练,负质量为大鼠体质量的3%。由专人运用捏法和捻法施于大鼠的两侧下肢。观察血清PGE2变化。结果运动后大鼠血清PGE2在24、48h显著升高;运动前推拿组大鼠血清PGE2在12h显著升高;运动后推拿组大鼠血清PGE2在24h血清显著升高。运动前推拿组在12h血清PGE2高于运动对照组,其余均低于运动对照组。运动后推拿组在48h显著低于运动对照组。运动前推拿组12h血清PEG2高于运动后推拿组,但24h血清PGE2低于运动后推拿组。结论推拿可以降低DOMS大鼠模型血清中PGE2浓度,运动前推拿对血清PGE2干预优于运动后推拿。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of Tuina on serum PGE2 of DOMS Rat Model.METHODS 120six-week male SD rats were randomly divided into exercise control group(A),pre-exercise Tuina group(B)and post-exercise Tuina group(C).Each group consists of 10 rats.4cases were invalid and 116 rats were statisticialy useful.All rats were given exhausting swimming train with a load of 3% body weight.Two lower limbs of rats were treated by pinching manipulation and holding-twisting manipulation.The changes of serum PGE2 were observed.RESULTS The level of serum PGE2 obviously rose in 24 hand 48hafter exercise.The serum PGE2 level in group B obviously increased in 12 hbefore exercise and 24 hafter exercise.The serum PGE2 level in group B was obviously higher than that of group A in 12 hwhile lower than group A at the other time.The level of serum PGE2 in group C was obviously lower than that of group A in 48 h.The level of serum PGE2 of group B was obviously higher than that of group C in 12 h,but the level of serum PGE2 of group B was lower than group C in 24 h.CONCLUSION Tuina can lower the level of serum PGE2 in DOMS rat model.Intervention of pre-exercise Tuina is better than that of post-exercise counterpart.
