摘 要:探究装药类型、壳体厚度、装药量和起爆深度等4个主要因素对混凝土爆破毁伤效果的贡献大小,以此确定较敏感或最敏感因素,提高混凝士中爆破毁伤效果。以单个装药在混凝土中爆破为背景,在正交试验优化组合基础上借助AUTODYN数值模拟软件对爆破毁伤效果的影响因素进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明。不同影响因素对爆破毁伤效果的敏感性具有较大的差异,4个因素对爆坑体积的敏感性作用从大到小依次为:起爆深度、装药量、装药类型、壳体厚度。最后,利用量纲分析法建立了多因素作用下爆坑体积的数学理论模型,说明由正交试验方法得出的敏感性结果较为合理。Aiming at exploring the main factors on the damage effect and raising damage effect of explo- sion in concrete, four factors namely the kind of charge, shell thickness, charge quantity and blasting depth were selected to analyze. Based on the condition of single charge detonated in concrete, the numeri- cal simulation software AUTODYN was used to analyze explosion damage effect sensitivity by orthogonal experiment optimum combination. The results showed that the sensitive factors were of great difference, and the blasting depth had the greatest sensitivity to the crater volume, charge quantity and the kind of charge had greater sensitivity than blasting depth. The dimensional analysis was used to establish a mathe- matical theory model of crater volume, which considering several factors. It explained indirectly that sensi- tivity result taken by orthogonal experiment was reasonable.
