钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白Ⅱ在人胃腺癌组织中上调表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的 检测人胃腺癌组织中钙依赖性磷脂结合蛋白Ⅱ（AnnexinⅡ）蛋白的表达水平,探讨AnnexinⅡ与胃腺癌发生发展的关系。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法分别检测44对胃腺癌组织和配对的癌旁胃组织,以及10例正常胃组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达,并分析胃腺癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白表达水平与患者临床病理特征之间的关系。结果 胃腺癌组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白阳性表达率（70.45%）明显高于配对的癌旁组织（43.18%,P〈0.05）,AnnexinⅡ蛋白在癌组织中的表达主要定位于肿瘤细胞胞膜,AnnexinⅡ蛋白的表达水平和胃腺癌患者肿瘤组织的分化程度有关,中、高分化肿瘤组织中AnnexinⅡ蛋白阳性表达率（57.14%）明显低于低分化患者（87.5%,P〈0.05）。结论 AnnexinⅡ蛋白上调表达可能与胃腺癌的发生和恶性进展有关。Objective To investigate the correlations between Annexin I1 protein expression level and gastric adenocarcinoma clinicopathological features. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect Annexin Ⅱ protein expression in 44 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and their paired non cancerous gastric tissues, and 10 normal gastric tissues. The correlation between Annexin U protein expression levels in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and its clinicopathological features was analyzed. Results The protein positive expression rate of Annexin Ⅱ in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue （70. 45% ） was significantly higher than that in adjacent noncancerous gastric tissues （43. 18%, P 〈0. 05）. Annexin Ⅱ protein was more strongly expressed on cellular membranes than in the cytoplasm of tumor ceils in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues. Annexin Ⅱ protein expression rate in moderate-high differention gastric adenocarcinoma tissues （57.14%） was significantly lower than poor differention tissues （87.50%, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The upregnlated expression of Annexin Ⅱ protein may get involved in the tumorgenesis and malignant process, and may be helpful for diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
