摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌组织中微小RNA（miR）-433的表达变化及其临床意义。方法 采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应（FQ-PCR）检测80例胃癌患者手术切除癌组织及配对癌旁组织标本中miR-433的表达水平。结果 miR-433在胃癌组织中的相对表达水平（ΔCt为9.73±2.96）显著低于其配对癌旁组织中的表达（ΔCt为12.25±2.07）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。胃癌组织中miR-433的表达水平与分化程度、临床TNM分期、肿瘤大小及淋巴结转移密切相关（P〈0.05）,而与年龄和性别无相关（P〈0.05）。结论 胃癌组织中miR-433的低表达可能与胃癌的发生、发展、侵袭及转移相关。Objective To investigate the expression of microRNA （miR）-433 in gastric carcinoma and the clinical significance. Methods Eighty pairs of human gastric carcinoma tissue samples were ob- tained from patients who underwent surgical resection. The level of miR-433 in 80 caes of gastric carcinomas and the paired adjacent normal tissues was quantified by real-time fluorescent quantitative polymerase chain reaction （FQ-PCR）, and the relationship between miR-433 and clinicopathological features in gastric carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression of miR-433 in gastric carcinoma tissue （ ACt： 9.73 ± 2. 96） was significantly decreased as compared with the paired adjacent normal tissues （ ACt： 12. 25 ± 2. 07 ） （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The evaluated level of miR-433 was associated with TNM classification, tumor size, lymph node metastases and local invasion in gastric carcinoma, but not with sex, age, and differentiation. Conclusion These finding suggested miR0433 may play important roles in the development, progression, invasion and metastasis of gastric carcnima.
