摘　　要：目的 探讨血小板源性生长因子（PDGF）在食管鳞状细胞癌（ESCC）中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。方法 选择行ESCC根治切除的患者43例,取其手术切除食管病变部位的食管癌组织为ESCC组,同时选择其中25例ESCC切除标本上、下断端（距肿瘤边缘〈5 cm）的正常食管上皮作为对照组。采用免疫组织化学方法检测两组PDGF的表达,并分析其与ESCC临床病理参数的相关性。结果 ESCC组食管上皮组织PDGF表达的平均吸光度值（0.091±0.002）显著高于对照组（0.074±0.008）,其差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。PDGF的表达与淋巴结转移及TNM分期呈正相关（r=0.673、0.525,P〈0.05）,与肿瘤大小及分化程度无相关（r=0.379、0.453,P〈0.05）。ESCC组和对照组PDGF表达差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 PDGF与ESCC的发生、发展密切相关,对ESCC的诊断、判断预后及治疗有重要参考价值。Objective To explore the expression of platelet-derived endothelial growth factor （PDGF） in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma （ESCC） and its relationship with clinicopathologic indexes. Methods Forty-three patients who had ESCC radical excision were selected. The esophago diseased regions of the patients which had been ablated in exairesis were collected as ESCC group. Normal esophago epithelia from the broken ends of excisional pecimen （the distance to tumor border 〉 5 cm） in 25 patients were collected as control group. The expression of PDGF in the two groups was detected by immunohistochemistry and the correlation between the clinical pathology parameter of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and PDGF expression was analyzed. Results The absorbance （A） value of PDGF expression in ESCC group （0. 091 ± 0. 002） was significantly higher than that in control group （0. 074 ± 0. 008） and the differ ence was significant （P 〈 0. 05）. The expression of PDGF was associated with lymph nodes metastasis and tumour node metastases staging （r = 0. 673,0. 525, P 〈 0. 05 ） , but had no correlation with volume and differentiation degree of neoplasms （ r = 0. 379, 0. 453, P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion PDGF plays an important role in the genesis and development of ESCC, and it has important reference value for the diagnosis, prognosis judgment and therapy of ESCC.
