摘 要:目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)在非载荷期非埋植型种植体周围骨界面改建中的作用。方法:选用健康雄性杂种犬8只,在其下颌植入非埋植型种植体,分不同程期处死动物。采用免疫组化方法,对不同时期非埋植型种植体-骨界面转化生长因子-β1进行动态观察,研究种植体-骨界面中转化生长因子-β1的动态变化规律,初探转化生长因子-β1在界面改建过程中的分子机理。结果:免疫组化观察发现,种植体植入后在非受载期,随着种植体周围骨组织发生改建,种植体-骨界面表达转化生长因子-β1有明显的规律性,代表其染色强度的灰度值从84.87±1.69增加到109.01±3.97。1周时界面转化生长因子-β1表达明显增强,2周时达到高峰,1个月时表达逐渐下降,3个月时的表达趋于正常。结论:非埋植型种植体在非受载期,种植体-骨界面转化生长因子-β1表达的变化有明显的规律性,且转化生长因子-β1在其改建中起重要作用。Objective:To discuss the function of TGF-β1 in the remodeling bone tissue around non-sub-merged implant during unloaded period. Methods:8 adult male common dogs were used to build the animal model. nonsubmerged implants were implanted into the bilateral mandible. The dogs were sacri-ficed by steps after implanting. Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the dynamic expression of TGF-β1 in order to study the molecular mechanism in the implant-bone interface. Results:The ex-pression with apparant regularity of TGF-β1 was found in the implant-bone interface. The gray level enhanced respectively from 84.87±1.69 to 109.01±3.97. The expression of TGF-β1 in the interface was significantly enhanced at 1 week. At 2 weeks the expression of TGF-β1 was increased gradually and then reached peak at 1 month the expression of TGF-β1 was decreased gradually and then it dropped to the normal level at 3 months. Conclusion: The expression of TGF-β1 has apparant regularity and has an important function at the bone remodeling after nonsubmerged implant placement.
