双歧杆菌四联活菌片与荆花胃康胶丸根除幽门螺杆菌的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床中双歧杆菌四联活菌片与荆花胃康胶丸在根除幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)治疗中的应用疗效.方法:选取2011-01/2013-12我院H.pylori感染患者120例为研究对象,将其按照随机数字法分为3组,A组40例患者给予标准的三联法治疗,B组40例患者在A组基础上给予双歧杆菌四联活菌片治疗,C组40例患者在A组基础上给予荆花胃康胶丸治疗,观察3组的临床治疗效果.结果:B组和C组患者H.pylori根除率高于A组(82.5%,80.0%vs 72.5%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组H.pylori根除率高于C组(82.5%vs 80.0%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).A组术后不良反应发生率高于B组和C组(37.5%vs10.0%,12.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组不良反应发生率低于C组(10.0%vs 12.5%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:临床中应用双歧杆菌四联活菌片与荆花胃康胶丸在根除H.pylori治疗中均具有较好的应用效果,尤其的提高H.pylori根除率,不良反应少,治疗安全性高,值得临床中应用.AIM： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bifi dobacterium tetravaccine tablets and Jinghua Weikang capsules in the eradication of Helico bacter pylori（H. pylori）. METHODS： One hundred and twenty patient with H. pylori infection who were treated from January 2011 to December 2013 at our hospita were randomly and equally divided into three groups： A, B and C. Group A was treated with standard triple therapy, groups B and C were given Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and Jinghua Weikang capsules on the basis of stan dard triple therapy, respectively. The clinical ef fects were compared between the three groups. RESULTS： The rates of H. pylori eradication in groups B and C were higher than that in group A（82.5%, 80.0% vs 72.5%, P ＆gt; 0.05）, but the difference was not significant. There was also no significant difference between groups B and C（P ＆gt; 0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher in group A than in groups B and C（37.5% vs 12.5%, 10.0%, P ＆lt; 0.05）, although there was no significant difference between groups B and C（P ＆gt; 0.05）.CONCLUSION： Bifidobacterium tetravaccine tablets and Jinghua Weikang capsules show good clinical effects in H. pylori eradication therapy in terms of improved H. pylori eradication rate and fewer adverse reactions.
