摘　　要：基于休闲体育专业应用型人才培养目标的角度,从实习模式、实习效果、实习报酬等方面对我国目前休闲体育专业社会实习环节的问题进行了思考。认为:社会实习是培养应用型人才的重要途径,学校应加强实训基地建设并提高其质量,与企业建立良好合作关系;聘请校外指导教师,加强实习过程的监控和评价,正确引导学生参加社会实习的价值观取向,确保学生的实习效果,切实提高学生专业能力。Based on the view of the cultivation in practice ability of leisure sport speciality, the author of this paper thinks deeply about the social practice from practice pattern, the practice effect and practice pay. It considers that social practice is an important way to train applied talents, and the university should strengthen the construction of practice base and improve its quality, establish good cooperation relationship with enterprises ; hire outside tutor, strengthen the administration and evaluation of the practice process, establish the proper value in social practice, ensure the practice effect to improve students＇professional ability.
