高校体育教育专业大学生职业生涯规划现状调查与分析——以吉首大学为例

摘　　要：运用文献法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等方法对高校体育教育专业大学生职业生涯规划现状进行调查分析,对吉首大学体育教育专业大学生职业生涯规划意识、自我认识能力、就业压力的认识、辅导满意度等方面调查与分析,探讨生涯规划研究中存在的问题。结果表明:吉首大学体育教育专业学生在职业生涯规划上存在职业规划意识不强、自我认识能力较弱、就业压力认识有限、高校职规资源有限、职业规划执行不够这5方面的问题。This paper uses literature method, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics and other methods, to investigate and analyse the present situation and problems of college students＇career planning consciousness, self - awareness ability and the understanding of the employment pressure in sports education speciality of Jishou University. The results show that the Jishou University sports education professional students＇ career planning consciousness is not strong, very weak, employment pressure, college office rules limited resources and career planning is not enough.
