摘　　要：介绍了新升本院校图书馆的特点及转型过渡期的工作重点,分析了新升本院校图书馆工作中面临的突出问题,提出了相应的解决思路。This paper introduces the features of the library of newly-upgraded university and the working focus of the transition period, analyzes some prominent problems existing in the library work of newly-upgraded university, and puts forward some solutions.
