摘　　要：阐述了高校图书馆建设面临的机遇与挑战,分析了高校图书馆建设的优势及不足,从管理理念建设、馆藏资源建设、图书文献检索系统建设、馆员素质建设等方面,对高校图书馆的建设展开了理性思考,并提出了一些建议。This paper describes the opportunities and challenges faced by the construction of university library, analyzes the advantages and shortcomings of university library in its construction, and makes a rational consideration about the construction of university library from aspects of the construction of management concept, the construction of collection resources, the construction of literature retrieval, and the construction of librarian quality, etc.
