摘　　要：农村留守儿童的教育问题一直是社会关注的热点问题,如何让留守儿童更健康地成长成为全社会亟待解决的难题。阐述了我国农村留守儿童和乡镇图书馆的现状,分析了乡镇图书馆对留守儿童所起的作用,提出了建设乡镇图书馆,从而更好地为农村留守儿童这一特殊的用户群体服务的措施。The education of left-behind children in rural areas has been the hot topic in society, how to ILet the left- behind children grow up more healthily has become a problem urgently to be solved in the whole society. This paper expounds the present situation of the left-behind children in rural areas and the town libraries in China, analyzes the functions of the town libraries on the left-behind children in rural areas, and puts forward some measures for constructing the town library for serving better the left-behind children in rural areas, a special user group.
