地方院校建设高水平特色大学的实现路径探析

摘　　要：随着高等教育由精英化向大众化转变,特色和优势逐渐成为一所高校在未来激烈竞争中胜出的关键因素。地方院校要想在强手如林的高校竞争中赢得优势,必须改变"千校一面"的传统思维模式,对自身准确定位,注重特色发展。因此,建设地方高水平特色大学就成为地方院校进行内涵建设的努力方向。而对于地方高水平特色大学的本质内涵、构成要素及其实现路径的探究则成为摆在所有高等教育工作者面前的一个崭新课题。Along with the higher education change from elite education to the popularization education, the characteristics and advantages are becoming key factors for colleges and universities in the fierce competition. To win advantages in the competition, colleges and universities must change the traditional thinking mode, pinpoint themselves, and focus on the characteristic development. The construction of local high level characteristic universities, therefore, becomes the direction of local colleges and universities in the connotation construction in the future. Therefore, the exploration of essence, elements and path of the connotation construction of local high level characteristic universities is becoming new topics for all higher education workers.
