摘  要:在对国内外企业并购后的整合模式与整合方法的研究现状进行梳理和评价的基础上,结合企业并购的类型与整合操作的复杂性,提出了应根据并购方的战略目标及并购双方的特点,采用不同控制水平的整合类型.在遵循整合准则的前提下,建立了企业结合相关因素制定和实施整合战略的方法,并讨论了企业并购后制定和实施整合战略的原则和主要内容.Drawing upon the carding and evaluating of the existing literatures for integrating modes and methods at home and abroad, the integrating types for different controlling levels were put forward according to the acqurer's strategic objectives and the characteristics of both the acquirer and the acquiree. The method of the formulation and implemention of integrating strategy with combined analysis of related factors was set up on the premise of follow the guidelines of the integrating, and basis on this, the principles and main contents were discussed when the acqurier formulated and implemented the integrating strategy after merger and acquisition.
