摘 要:以ADINA软件的流固耦合求解器为计算平台,对液压滑阀的液压卡紧进行了数字模拟研究。主要研究阀芯与阀套的间隙特性对卡紧力的影响,矩形均压槽对减小卡紧力的作用效果。卡紧力推动阀芯移向阀套,可能导致阀芯卡紧;与偏心距相比,锥角对卡紧力的影响更大;开设均压槽后,能有效地减小卡紧力;通过研究均压槽的位置和结构尺寸对卡紧力的影响关系,得到了均压槽的最优位置及合理的结构尺寸。The digital simulation of the slide valve was carried on using the solver of ADINA. The hydraulic clamping of spool valve was researched with digital simulation method. The relationship between the gap characteristics of spool valve and lock force was researched and how the rectangular equalizing tank to reduces lock force. The lock force pushes the spool move to sleeve,which may lead to spool be clamped. Compared with the offset,the influence of cone angle to lock force is greater. The lock force is reduced ef-fectively after the rectangular equalizing pressure tanks are opened. The optimal location and reasonable structure size of equalizing pressure tanks are gotten by studying how the location and structure size of equalizing pressure tanks reduce the lock force.
