摘 要:提出一种以高速开关阀、插装阀为主要调速控制元件,以单向阀、蓄能器为辅助元件的液压马达调速系统,介绍其主要结构原理和应用特点;建立高速开关阀数学模型,对其进行了相关的理论分析并采用AMESim软件进行了速比及效率仿真分析,结果表明:数字液压传动系统动态特性好,效率高。Hydraulic motor speed regulating system was presented to achieve the functionality of speed control by combining a fixed high-speed on/off valve,a cartridge valve,a one-way valve and an accumulator etc. Its main structure mechanism and application characteristics were introduced. The corresponding math models of main components were set up. The related theory analyses were also carried out. The speed ratio and efficiency simulation analyses of the speed regulating system were done by AMESim. The results show that the hydraulic transmission system has high efficiency and a good dynamic response.
