摘 要:掌握涡轮导向器温度场测试方法及准确的温度场分布,对于涡轮导向器的设计、改进具有重要的理论价值和实用价值。利用不可逆示温漆,测量了高压涡轮导向器在最大工况下的表面温度。结果表明:喷涂在高压涡轮导向器表面的不可逆示温漆,在高温、高压下附着牢靠,等温线清晰;成功录取了整个高压涡轮导向器的表面温度及温度场分布,可为该型发动机高压涡轮导向器的热应力与寿命分析提供数据支撑。The testing methods and precise distribution of temperature fields of turbine nozzle are of practi-cal and theoretical significance for the design and improvement of turbine nozzle. Temperature-sensitive paint was adopted to measure the surface temperature of HPT nozzle under maximum operating conditions. The test results proved that the temperature-sensitive paint can adhere to turbine nozzle firmly in the course of experiment with clear isotherm;the temperature field distribution of turbine nozzle was measured successfully, which could be helpful to analyze the thermal stress and life of the turbine nozzle.
