肺结核病中联合检测腺苷脱氨酶和C反应蛋白的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶（ADA）和C反应蛋白（CRP）联合检测在肺结核诊断中的临床价值，为肺结核的临床治疗提供依据。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2013年12月收治的107例肺结核患者，并以同期100例健康者作为对照，分别于治疗前和治疗后检测并比较分析ADA和CRP水平。结果血清ADA和CRP肺结核组治疗前高于治疗后（P〈O．05），肺结核组治疗前高于健康对照组（P〈0．05），血清ADA和CRP联合检测可以提高肺结核诊断的敏感度和准确度。结论血清ADA和CRP联合检测在肺结核诊断中具有重要的临床价值，值得临床推广。Objective To study the clinical value of serum adenosine deaminase（ADA） and C reactive protein （CRP） in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, so as to provide basis for clinical treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods Retrospective analysis of the 107 cases of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,which collected from January 2012 and December 2013,100 cases healthy persons as control group. Compare of ADA and CRP before and after treatment. Results Before the treatment,the levels of ADA CRP in pulmonary tuberculosis patients were higher then the control group（P〈0.05）, also higher than after treatmen（P〈 0.05）. The combined detection of serum ADA and CRP could improve the sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis. Conclusion The combined detection of serum ADA and CRP has important clinical value in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
