摘  要:推进高等教育结构调整和发展高等职业技术本科是当前提高高等教育办学质量的重要举措,基于新建地方本科院校转型与应用技术本科发展的相互需求和高度耦合,实现新建地方本科院校转型为应用技术本科是问题解决的最佳方式,但由于新建地方本科院校与应用技术本科属于两种不同的学校类型,转型过程中存在一些现实矛盾,需要从培养目标、专业设置、治理主体、师资结构和评价方式五个层面推进转型发展。Promoting structural adjustment of higher education and developing higher vocational education is an important measure to the improvement of teaching quality of higher education. The paper argues that the transformation of the newly-built local universities to the applied technical universities is the best way to meet the needs of promoting structural adjust-ment of higher education. However, the newly-built local universities and the applied technical universities belong to two different types of universities, so there are some realistic contradictions in the process of transformation. We need to pro-mote the restructuring and development from five aspects: the training goal, professional settings, the governance body, teaching staff and evaluation modes.
