摘　　要：高校战略联盟是整合高校资源、实现优势互补的一种重要战略手段。从不同的角度可将我国当前高校战略联盟划分为不同类型。针对我国高校战略联盟运行过程中出现的联盟主动性不强、组织管理上的困惑、合作方面的冲突及联盟过程的"短视"意识等问题的挑战,政府部门以及联盟高校都需做出相应努力,以促进我国高校战略联盟的健康发展。Strategic alliance of colleges in China is an important measure by which colleges and universities integrate the resources to achieve complementary advantages. The current strategic alliance of colleges in China can be divided into different types from different angles. In order to achieve the healthy development of strategic alliance of colleges, the gov-ernment and the college alliance should make corresponding efforts and tackle the problems appearing in the process of strategic alliance, such as the lack of alliance initiative, perplexity on organization and management, conflicts in coopera-tion, etc.
