摘　　要：就近年来对胭脂虫红的分光光度法、反相薄层色谱/光密度扫描分析法、高效毛细管电泳法、液相色谱法和液质联用法等各项检测方法进行综述,以期为建立其检验标准提供参考。This paper reviewed the various detection methods in recent years on the carminic acid,including spectrophotometry,thin-layer chromatography and densitometric scanning analysis method,capillary electrophoresis,liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method and liquid chromatography,so as to provide reference for the establishment of the test standard.
