摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国所有制结构发生了很大变化,从传统的公有制经济到以公有制为主体的多种所有制结构并存,非公有制企业得到蓬勃发展,从业人员数量迅速增加,为社会了创造巨大财富,但职工思想政治工作远远不能适应社会经济飞速发展的需要.为构建社会主义和谐社会,研究和解决非公有制企业职工的思想政治工作势在必行.Since the reform and opening up, the structure of the system of ownership in our country has changed alot, from traditional public owned economy to a variety of ownership structures coexisted with public owned economyas the main body. The non-public owned enterprises is now flourishing, and the amount of its employees increasesa lot, who have created immense fortune for the society. But the ideological and political work of the employeesis not developing enough to meet the need of the rapid development of social economy. In order to constructthe harmonious socialist society, it is quite necessary to study and solve the ideological and political work of theemployees.
