带直槽弹体对混凝土靶体的侵彻机理分析

摘  要:文中就一种新型结构弹体即带排屑槽的弹体,基于球形膨胀及动能守恒理论,建立了带槽弹体垂直侵彻混凝土靶的动力学方程,并研究了带槽弹体和混凝土相互作用规律,对比了带槽弹体与普通弹体对混凝土靶的相互作用,通过理论分析计算,得出在600~1 000 m/s的速度范围内,带槽弹体侵彻效果优于无槽弹体,且与弹体预制刻槽数成正比。文中研究结果可为新型侵彻战斗部的设计提供参考依据。In view of a newly-structured projectile body with chip flutes, the dynamics equation of the fluted projectile body vertically pene- trating into concrete target body was established based on the spherical expansion theory and the kinetic energy conservation theory, and in- teraction between the fluted projectile bodies with the concrete target was analyzed. Through comparison of the interaction between the flut- ed projectile and concrete target with that between common projectile and concrete target, according to theoretical analysis and calculation, it is proved that penetration effect of the fluted projectile is better than that of common projectile body and is proportional to the number of the flute between 600 m/s and 1 000 m/s. The research results of the paper could provide reference for design of new penetration warhead.
