摘　　要：境遇伦理学是美国20世纪60年代起出现的基督教新道德改革运动的产物。他的理论基础有实用主义、相对主义、实证论和人格至上论。其中,人格至上论展现了价值导向,实用主义和相对主义表征了思考方法,以道德选择为主题的道德行为主义是行为方式,反先验原则的经验主义伦理学是理论目标。概括说来,就是在"爱"的指导下,依据道德境遇的具体情况理性地做出道德行为。它是现代人摆脱道德盲从和恐惧的有力武器,虽然在实践上还面临一些局限,在论证上尚有问题,但必会带来许多有益的启迪。Situation Ethics is the product of a reformation of new morality that happened within Christianity in America in the 1960s. Pragmatism、Relativism、Positivism and Personalism are the four premises of Situation ethics. In this theory,Personality is its value guidance,pragmatism and relativism is the thinking way of the value,ethical behaviorism taken the moral selection as subject is the conduct way,and empirical ethics that opposes to priori principle is its theory goal. ？？ Briefly,under the direction of the love,people make the ethical behaviors according to the moral situation,. The theory is a powerful weapon,which can help the contemporary people get rid of following the morality blindly and the fear of the morality. Although there are some practical defects and some demonstrate problems,the Situation Ethics will bring a lot of beneficial enlightenment.
