摘　　要：高质量和高效率的科研仪器技术服务是推动科学研究快速发展、建设研究型大学的重要保障。要提供优质的技术服务,务必在技术管理理念上与时俱进、坚持革新,实现科研仪器技术管理的专业化和信息化。文中围绕技术人才和现代信息技术两大要素在科研仪器技术管理方面所起的作用分别进行了论述。High-quality and high-efficiency technology service of scientific instruments is an important guarantee for rapid development of the scientific research and construction of research university. To provide high-quality technology services,the idea of technical management should be ahead of time and keep innovation to realize specialization and informatization. This paper will discuss the role of the technical personnel and modern information technology in technical management of the scientific instruments.
