摘　　要：目的研究宣威与非宣威地区非小细胞肺癌P63蛋白的表达,探讨其与生物学行为的关系。方法免疫组织化学法。结果 P63在肺鳞癌组织中高表达;非小细胞肺癌中,P63的表达与患者的TNM分期、组织分化程度及淋巴结转移情况有关,与患者性别无关;P63在非小细胞肺癌中在相同病理类型、分期、组织分化、淋巴结转移情况及相同性别的阳性表达率,宣威组与非宣威组比较,差异无统计学意义。结论P63的表达在宣威并无地区特异性,并不是宣威肺癌高发的原因。Objective To study the expression of P63 protein in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer（ NSCLC） and to explore its relationship with their biological behavior. Methods The expression of P63 protein was detected by immunohistochemical method. Results The expression of P63 in lung squamous cell carcinoma was extraordinarily higher. P63 was related with the TNM stage,tissue differentiation degree and lymph node metastasis,but it was not related with sexuality. The positive expression rate was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion The expression of P63 has no region specialty,which is not the key cause of lung cancer in Xuanwei area.
