原发性肝癌肝动脉化疗栓塞序贯精确放疗的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)序贯精确放疗对原发性肝癌的患者的治疗效果。方法收集进行非手术疗法治疗的原发性肝癌的患者40例,按照就诊的先后顺序随机分为观察组及对照组,每组各20例患者。对照组采用TACE的方法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用精确放疗的方法进行治疗。4周后对比两组的治疗效果。结果两组采取的治疗方法都有不同程度地抑制病情进展的作用。对照组的近期有效率为45.0%,观察组为75.0%,观察组的近期有效率显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后甲胎蛋白低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 TACE序贯精确放疗的方法对原发性肝癌的治疗有重要意义,可以有效地控制肿瘤的生长,对肝脏进行一定程度的保护。Objective To investigate and study the therapeutic effect of TACE sequential combined with precise radiotherapy on patients with primary liver cancer. Methods 40 cases of primary liver cancer patients treated with non- surgical therapy in our hospital were divided into two groups according to the treatment order,that was observation group and control group,20 cases in each group. The control group was given TACE sequential therapy,while the observation group applied precise radiotherapy on the basis of observation group. The course of treatment was4 weeks. The treatment efficacy of two groups was compared. Results Different treatment methods of two groups could inhibit the progress of disease in different degrees. The immediate effective rate of control group（ 45. 0%） was lower than that of the observation group（ 75. 0%）,which indicated that the immediate effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than the control group. When compared the alpha fetal protein（ AFP） cases of two groups. There was statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）,which indicated that for the protection of the liver. The observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion TACE sequential precise radiotherapy plays an important role in the treatment of primary liver cancer,which can control the growth of tumors effectively and protect the liver to a certain degree.
