临床药师对一例口腔癌患者术后营养支持治疗的药学监护实践

摘　　要：目的探讨肠外肠内营养专业临床药师在临床中对外科术后患者营养药物治疗监护中所发挥的作用。方法通过该例口腔癌患者术后肠内营养支持治疗监护全过程,临床药师在患者出现肠内营养相关并发症后进行对症合理处理,并对患者后续营养治疗进行了全程化指导。结果在临床药师参与下,该患者术后营养支持治疗真正做到了个体化治疗,通过指导患者合理使用药物,使治疗达到了预期效果。结论临床药师在整个治疗医疗团队中,通过及时、合理的药学监护可以保证患者用药安全,确保达到预期治疗效果。Objective To investigate the role of parenteral enteral nutrition clinical pharmacists on nutritional treatment of the patient with surgery.Methods Base on the whole treatment for a case of patient with mouth neoplasms,clinical pharmacists helped the patient to make reasonable nutritional treatment plan after enteral nutrition related complications.Results Under the participation of clinical pharmacists,the nutritional treatment plan for patient was made and adjusted to individualize treatment truly.Through rational use of drugs,treatment was made to achieve the expected effect in patient.Conclusion In the whole medical treatment team,through the timely and reasonable of pharmaceutical care,clinical pharmacists can ensure the safety and the desired therapeutic effect on patients.
