摘　　要：随着聚山梨酯80在药物制剂中广泛使用,其安全性与用量成为影响药品安全性的关键,其含量测定的方法也成为研究的热点。由于聚山梨酯80分子结构中具有3个支链,各支链长度具有不确定性,使其测定困难。本文综述了聚山梨酯80的各种测定方法。With the use of polysorbate 80 in drugs widely,its safety and dosage have became the new hot points in the field of drug safety.Because of the 3 branched chains of polysorbate 80 in the molecular structure,the length of the branched chains is uncertain,it is difficult to determine it.This review introduces the methods for the determination of polysorbate 80.
