摘　　要：教师是教育的第一资源,是人才培养的主要力量,是学生的引路人。基础医学教育是医学教育的根本基础,基础医学专业课教师在医学教育中具有举足重轻的作用。目前随着我校师资队伍的不断扩大,青年教师逐渐成为了教学骨干,他们的培养质量直接关系着医学教育事业的发展,影响着人才培养的质量。本文围绕近年来广西医科大学青年教师培养的实践和经验,就如何提升青年教师教学能力进行总结和探讨。Teachers are the very first resources of education, the main strength of the cultivation of tal- ents and the guide of students. Preclinical Medicine is the foundation of medical education and the teachers of the professinal course in preclinical medicine play a significant role in cultivating the out- standing medical talents. The ranks of teachers of our university have been strengthening and the young teachers gradually become an enormous asset of school teaching, that is why the quality of the young teachers directly affects the development of the medical education and the quality of talents. This thesis summarizes and discusses how to enhance the teaching competence of the young teachers through the practice and the experience of the cultivation of the young teachers.
