左金丸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌相关性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察左金丸联合三联疗法治疗幽门螺旋杆菌(Hp)相关性胃炎疗效。方法 80例幽门螺杆菌阳性慢性胃炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组予左金丸联合三联疗法(雷贝拉唑+克拉霉素+甲硝唑片),对照组单用三联疗法。结果治疗组临床症状(胃脘胀痛、口苦口臭)、病理组织学炎症改善及Hp根除率疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左金丸适用于Hp阳性慢性胃炎患者。Objective To investigate the effect of TCM Zuojinwan combined with triple therapy on H.pylori（Hp） related gastritis. Methods Eighty patients with Hp-positive gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group （n=40） and control group （n=40）. Patients in treatment group received Zuojinwan plus triple therapy （rabeprazole＋clarithromycin＋metronidazole）. Patients in control group only received triple therapy. Results The manifestations and pathological changes of patients in treatment group was improved. The eradication rate of Hp was higher in treatment group than that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion TCM Zuojinwan may have effect on patients with Hp-positive chronic gastritis.
