摘　　要：运用定性访谈的方法,对闸北区社区卫生服务中心主任、全科医生和公共卫生医生共29名对象进行知情人深入访谈和专题小组访谈。了解闸北区家庭医生制的开展现况,总结社区卫生服务中心在家庭医生制实施过程中面临的问题,为上海市进一步推广家庭医生服务提供参考依据。In this study, using qualitative methods to interview the director, general practitioners and public health physicians of CHS centers in Zhabei District.29 objects took insider in-depth interviews and focus group discussions.The survey knew the current situation of carrying out the family doctor system in Zhabei District, summarized the issue of CHS centers about family doctor system faced in the implementation process, and provided reference for Shanghai to further promote the family doctor service.
