摘　　要：目的:比较保乳术与改良根治术在乳腺癌手术治疗中的效果,并探究其临床应用价值。方法:选择进行手术治疗的乳腺癌患者64例,分为对照组与观察组,每组32例。对照组采取改良根治术治疗,观察组应用保乳术治疗,比较两组患者手术情况、远期疗效。结果:观察组患者手术时间和住院时间短于对照组患者,出血量和引流量也明显少于对照组患者(P<0.05)。但两组患者远期疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于乳腺癌早期的患者来说,与改良根治术相比,应用保乳术进行治疗,可以提高手术近期效果,而且可以提高手术后乳房的美容效果。Objective To compare effect of breast conserving surgery and modifiedradical mastectomy in breast cancer operation,and to explore its clinical application value.Methods 64 patients with breast cancer patients treated by operation in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group.the control group adopted The modified radical mastectomy,the observation group were treated with breast conserving surgery.The long-term effect of operation were compared.Results in the observation group,operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group of patients,bleeding and drainage was significantly less than the controlgroup of patients（P〈0.05）.But the curative effect of patients had no significant difference between the two groups（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion Application of the treatment of early breast cancer conserving surgery,can improve the short-term effect of operation,but also can improve the effect of beauty breast operation.
