小脑半球肿瘤性病变的MRI、CT诊断思路研究

摘　　要：目的:对小脑半球肿瘤性病变的MRI以及CT诊断进行分析和研究。方法:选择40例经手术病理检查确诊为小脑半球肿瘤性病变的患者为研究对象,对所有患者实施MRI影像学检查以及CT影像学检查,并对影像学检查结果进行观察和分析。结果:经临床研究结果显示,40例小脑半球肿瘤性病变患者中,有13例患者为星形细胞瘤,有6例患者为髓母细胞瘤,有6例患者为脑转移瘤,有6例患者为室管膜瘤,有8例患者为血管母细胞瘤,有1例患者为脑膜瘤。不同病变的患者,影像学的表现情况也存在差异性。在小脑半球肿瘤的定位诊断上,MRI以及CT的诊断率为100%,定性诊断率为93%。结论:经临床研究结果表明,对小脑半球肿瘤性病变患者实施MRI检查以及CT检查,能够有效对病灶与周围组织的关系进行定位,具有较高的诊断率,对小脑半球肿瘤性病变的诊断起到重要的作用,值得推广和普及。Objective MRI and CT diagnosis of cerebellar hemisphere tumor lesions were analyzed and studied.Methods The clinical study mainly were 40 cases confirmed by surgery pathology examination for cerebellar hemisphere tumor lesion patients as the research object,the implementation of all patients MRI imaging examination and CT imaging examination,and imaging examination Results are observed and analyzed.Results Clinical research,according to the Results of 40 cases of cerebellar hemisphere tumor lesion patients,13 cases of astrocytoma,six patients of medulloblastoma,six patients of brain metastases,six patients of ependymoma,eight patients for vascular tumor,1 cases of meningioma.Different pathological changes of patients,the imaging performance is also exist differences.Orientation in the cerebellar hemisphere tumor diagnosis,MRI and CT diagnostic rate was 100%,the qualitative diagnosis rate was 93%.Conclusion The clinical research Results show that the implementation of MRI in patients with cerebellar hemisphere tumor pathological changes and CT examination can effectively locate on the relationship between the lesion and surrounding tissue,has high diagnostic rate,the diagnosis of cerebellar hemisphere tumor pathological changes play an important role,worthy of promotion and popularization.
