摘　　要：随着中国经济文化的持续发展变革,我国高等教育正面临着一场巨大的改革。高职院校体育教育作为高职院校教学的重要组成部分在这场变革中也在日益完善,它对当代大学生综合素质的培养具有不可替代的作用。排球作为一项集体性的体育运动,讲究策略与技能,对于提高大学生身心健康的发展都具有十分深远的意义。本文通过对高职院校排球教学现状进行分析,发现高校排球教学中存在的问题。并根据提出的问题为高职院校排球教学的改进提供相应的建议,促进排球教学质量的提高。With the continuous development of economic and cultural change in China, China＇s higher education is facing a huge reform. Physical education, as an important part of the teaching in higher vocational colleges, is also increasingly per-fected in the reform, and plays an irreplaceable role in the culti-vation of contemporary college students＇ comprehensive quality. Volleyball as a collective sport, pays attention to strategies and skills, and it is of far-reaching significance to the physical and mental health development of college students. Based on analyz-ing the status of volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges, the problems are found. According to the problems, correspond-ing suggestions are proposed for the improvement of volleyball teaching in higher vocational colleges, aiming to promote the quality of volleyball teaching.
