摘 要:为了探究造船业中的中厚板热应力成形中热弹塑性变形原理,基于高频感应加热成形与焊接加工的一些相似性,将焊接分析中的固有应变法引入到高频感应加热成形过程中的热弹塑性变形分析与计算。通过对高频感应加热过程分析,推导出感应加热过程中应变、应力和弯矩关键因素的理论计算方法,利用此计算方法分别得到了不同工艺下的弯矩和变形量。与高频感应加热成形的实验结果对比可知,理论计算结果与实验结果基本一致,验证了简化模型的合理性。To explore the principle of medium plate thermal elastic-plastic deformation in thermal stress forming in marine industry, the method of inherent strain used in the welding analysis was introduced into the process of high frequency induction heating forming analyses and calculation of thermal elastic-plastic deformation considering that some similarity exists between high frequency induction heating and welding processing. After the analysis of high frequency induction heating process, the key factors of the induction heating process, such as strain, stress and bending moment, were calculated in theory. The bending moment and deformation under different processes were ob- tained respectively by using this method. Compared with the results of high frequency induction heating forming experiment, it is concluded that the theoretical calculation results are basically identical with the experimental results, which shows that the simplified model is reasonable.
