摘　　要：医疗纠纷人民调解以其快速、合理、高效的优势在预防及解决医疗纠纷方面发挥着重要作用。文章从了解医疗纠纷人民调解在医患纠纷中的实施状况入手,根据现行法律及司法解释规定,医疗纠纷人民调解与诉讼的衔接机制可以从医疗纠纷在法院立案前的调解、诉中调解和对医疗纠纷调解协议的审查三个方面展开。The people＇s mediation of medical dispute with the advantage of quick, reasonable and efficient in preventing and solving medical disputes play an important role. First briefly analyzes the implementation status of medical dispute mediation in medical disputes, according to the current laws and judicial interpretations, three aspects of Cohesion Mechanism of medical dispute mediation and litigation in medical dispute mediation in court mediation ,litigation before and on the medical dispute mediation a greement review expansion.
