摘  要:为了消除电动汽车在行驶的过程中动力电池组连接导线松动而没有及时发现并采取相应措施存在的安全隐患,提出了一种低功耗、结构简单、智能化的动力电池组连接导线状态检测方法,设计了以Freescale 8位单片机MC9S08DZ16为控制核心的电池检测单元,并将该连接导线状态检测方法集成到电池检测单元中,检测电池组中每相邻电池之间连接导线上的电压和接线柱上的电压之和,依据电压与导线流过电流的关系判定连接导线的状态。将所设计的电池检测单元用于检测16节磷酸铁锂动力电池组连接导线的连接状态,测试结果表明所提出的电池组连接导线状态检测方法能准确检测电池组连接导线松动的位置和松动的情况。In order to eliminate the safety hazard that loosening status of battery connecting wire when electric vehicle running can't be found in time and corresponding measures are mot taken. An intelligent connecting wire status detection method for power batteries with low power loss and simple structure was presented. A battery detection unit using MC9S08DZ16, an 8 bit single chip of Freescale as control core was designed, then status detection method was integrated into the detection unit, detecting the voltage of connecting wire between adjoining batteries and the total voltages of wiring terminals. The connecting wire status was judged according to the relationship between the voltage and current through the connecting wire. The designed battery detection unit was used for detecting the connecting wire status of 16 lithium iron phosphate power batteries. The test results show the proposed method can accurately detect the loose position and condition of the connecting wire.
