摘　　要：对国内外肢体(上、下)康复器械的研究情况进行了总结,指出了其中存在的阻碍肢体康复器械研发的问题及其关键影响因素,并结合中国国情及肢体康复器械受众人群的实际需要,探讨了适合国内肢体康复器械领域的未来发展策略。An overview in machines for rehabilitation of lower and upper limbs is conducted, and the main factors obstructing its development are pointed out. With the conditions of China and the real requirements of population considered, the development strategy of the extremity rehabilitation device in China is explored in detail.
