摘 要:为深裂竹根七根多糖的工厂化生产提供参考,采用均匀试验设计比较热水浸提法和超声波法提取深裂竹根七根多糖的最优条件及其对多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,1)热水浸提法提取多糖的最优条件为提取温度90℃、料液比1∶15、提取时间180min,多糖提取率为27.43%;超声波提取法的最优条件为提取温度80℃、料液比1∶40、提取功率120W、提取时间10min,多糖提取率为26.55%。2)热水浸提法与超声波法均未破坏多糖结构,在最优提取条件下,两种提取方法对深裂竹根七根多糖得率的影响不显著,但超声波法的提取时间短,提取速度快。因此,从节省时间和降低生产成本方面考虑,建议工厂化生产使用超声波法提取深裂竹根七根多糖。To provide references for industrial production of polysaccharides from the root of D.pernyi,a uniform experiment design was conducted to compare the optimum conditions of extracting polysaccharides from the root of D.pernyi by hot water extraction method and ultrasonic method and polysaccharides yield. Results: 1 ) the optimum conditions of hot water extraction method included extraction temperature of 90 C,extraction time of 180 min and solid-liquid ratio of 1 :15,that of ultrasonic method included extraction temperature of 80 C,extraction time of 10 min,extraction power of 120 W and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶40.The polysaccharide yield reached 27.43% and 26.55% respectively under the two methods.2 )Under the two extraction methods,the polysaccharide structure was not destroyed,the polysaccharide yield had no significant difference,but ultrasonic method was of short extraction time and rapid extraction speed.Consequently,it was suggested to extract polysaccharides from the root of D.pernyi by ultrasonic method in industrial production with considering saving time and decreasing the costs.
