葛根芩连丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗急性腹泻62例

摘　　要：目的:观察葛根芩连丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗急性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:选择急性腹泻患者110例,按照随机分配,葛根芩连丸联合整肠生胶囊为治疗组62例,单用整肠生胶囊为对照组48例,分别于治疗前后观察两组的临床症状、大便常规的改善情况,评价综合疗效。结果:治疗前后两组症状及大便常规均明显改善,其中治疗组临床症状明显改善,治疗后治疗组综合疗效及腹泻缓解时间较对照组有明显改善。结论:葛根芩连丸联合整肠生胶囊治疗急性腹泻的临床疗效明显优于单用整肠生胶囊。Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Gegen Qinlian pill and Bacillus licheniformis capsule on acute diarrhea. Methods：110 cases of acute diarrhea,in a random distribution, were divided into two groups. 62 cases were treated with Gegen Qinlian pill and Bacillus licheniformis capsule ;48 cases were treated with Bacillus licheniformis capsule. Two groups were treated for 7 days. Before and after the treatments, data of clinical symptom and bowel movement regular were measured. Results：Before and after treatment,two groups＇ significant improvement in the symptoms and bowel movement regular were significant, and the comprehensive mitigation of effects and diarrhea after treatment in the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion： Gegen Qinlian pill combined with Bacillus licheniformis capsule in the treatment of acute diarrhea is superior to Bacillus licheniformis capsule alone.
